What a night in the Valley! A big thank you to all members, volunteers and sponsors who came along to support the club before the big break. It was a highly successful night that showcased what a great club is all about. There was a large turnout, lots of tennis games, beautiful food, huge raffles prizes and great feedback from all.
The night wouldn’t have gone ahead without the support of the club president, secretary and treasurer who were well helped by their committee. Ian Evans, our local state MP who presented Ashley Firth (President) with a $5,000 cheque for equipment and maintenance (pictured). Thanks again to Montagna Cafe, Michelle Patisserie and Blackwood Country Meat Co who helped our catering and raffle prizes. Last but not least all our players, parents and children who made it the night it was.
We wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a happy New Year! Have a relaxing and safe break that includes lots of tennis. The return of season dates are in our Mid-Season Newsletter above.
